Visits to public pages are counted to understand website usage. This records the page path without parameters, referring domain, browser and device type, operating system and approximate country. The IP address is used locally to determine country and a daily rotating identifier; it is not stored in these statistics. No tracking cookie is used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection. Records are retained for 90 days and accessible to administrators.

We record account information (username, email, hashed password and settings), game identities, participation and results, content you publish, teams, purchases and your Braaaps balance. Sign-ins and sensitive actions may be associated with an IP address and security logs. Creator and payout applications contain the contact and payment information you provide for review and settlement.
Account management, competitions, purchases and requested services rely on performance of the contract. Security, abuse prevention, moderation and incident handling serve our legitimate interest in protecting users and the service. Records needed for accounting and legal obligations are processed for those purposes. Optional consent-based features can be disabled without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Your public profile, username, results, posts and public team information are visible to other visitors. Your login email, login secrets and payout details are not intended for publication. Review information you include in public descriptions, files, images and messages.
Authorized RaceMeUp staff and its hosting, email, payment and security providers access data necessary for their duties. Stripe processes payments; RaceMeUp receives payment references and status without storing full card numbers. Optional Discord or Steam linking exchanges the identifiers needed for that connection. Loading external content, such as video streams, may transmit technical data to its provider.
Retention depends on the purpose: operating your account and services, tracking purchases and agreements, resolving incidents or meeting legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed to distinguish data that can be erased from records that must be retained, including for purchases or disputes.
