Rules for accounts, virtual currency, purchases, competitions, creators and teams.
Plain-language summary
RaceMeUp is a gaming platform. Braaaps stay inside its ecosystem, and team agreements organize voluntary play rather than employment.
These Terms govern access to RaceMeUp, operated by Arko Interactive OÜ, registry code 17498694, and its community, competition, Market, Factory, server, team and virtual-reward features.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the rules shown for each competition or service. If a specific rule conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You must provide accurate information, use only accounts and game identities you are authorized to control, and keep your credentials secure. Account sharing, identity theft, false UID verification and attempts to bypass a suspension are prohibited.
You are responsible for actions performed through your account until you report unauthorized access. RaceMeUp may request reasonable verification before restoring access or changing sensitive identity data.
RaceMeUp is a gaming platform. Harassment, hate speech, threats, cheating, result manipulation, malicious uploads, unauthorized access, scraping that disrupts the service, and infringement of another person's rights are prohibited.
You must follow the rules of supported games, races, series and hosted servers. Competitive sanctions may affect results, licenses or access to events without creating any real-world financial penalty.
Braaaps are closed-loop virtual units used only for eligible digital content and services on RaceMeUp. They are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, salary, investment or claim against RaceMeUp.
Prices paid in Braaaps are also presented with their real-money equivalent where required. Ordinary Braaaps cannot be transferred outside RaceMeUp, redeemed for cash or create a negative debt. RaceMeUp may correct duplicated, fraudulent or technically erroneous entries and will keep an auditable wallet history.
A separate creator payout program may pay eligible creators under its own rules. This does not make ordinary player balances cash-convertible and does not create employment between RaceMeUp, a creator, a team or a player.
Before payment, RaceMeUp shows the main characteristics, total price, access conditions and any recurring period. Subscription changes, renewal dates and cancellation effects are shown in the subscription flow.
Digital downloads and personalized Factory creations may be supplied immediately after your express request. Any consent affecting a statutory withdrawal right must be collected separately where applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes legal guarantees, remedies or other mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds, corrections and access restoration are assessed according to the product state, applicable law and the information presented at checkout. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse may lead to access restrictions while a payment is reviewed.
Uploaders keep ownership of their original work but grant RaceMeUp the rights needed to host, protect, preview, render, distribute and sell or provide the submitted content according to the selected Market options.
You may upload only content you created or are authorized to use, modify and distribute. You remain responsible for trademarks, music, images, models, tracks, source files and third-party licenses included in an upload. RaceMeUp may hide content while a credible rights complaint is reviewed.
Purchasing or claiming an item grants only the stated personal game-use rights unless the product page expressly grants more. It does not transfer copyright, source ownership or a right to redistribute protected files.
Teams and participation agreements organize voluntary play inside RaceMeUp. They are not employment contracts, professional recruitment, agency, legal representation or agreements intended to be enforced outside the platform.
They cannot require working hours, mandatory labor, content production, exclusivity, non-compete restrictions, real-world services, financial fines or payment for availability. Schedules, training and performance targets are indicative; game results may only trigger optional virtual rewards.
A player may leave through the platform. A suggested notice helps team organization but cannot force continued participation or create a real-world debt. RaceMeUp may block abusive clauses and preserve signed versions and event history for integrity and moderation.
Registrations, licenses, timing, classes, eligibility and results are governed by the rules displayed for the relevant series or race. Server and parser data may be reviewed before results become official.
RaceMeUp may correct timing, cuts, duplicate identities, technical errors and fraudulent results. Provisional information does not guarantee a final rank, points, prize or virtual reward.
RaceMeUp may update, secure, suspend or discontinue a beta feature. Maintenance, game updates, third-party services and internet failures can temporarily affect availability. Reasonable measures are used to preserve paid access and important histories, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
You grant RaceMeUp permission to display content you intentionally publish on profiles, teams, news, comments and competitions. Private agreement details and non-public reward amounts are not automatically published. You can report unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content.
RaceMeUp may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account or team when reasonably necessary for security, rule enforcement, fraud prevention or protection of users and rights holders. Serious action is recorded and may be reviewed or appealed through the available support or dispute tools.
Closing an account does not erase records that must be retained for transactions, signed agreement history, competition integrity, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate dispute handling. Public content may be anonymized or removed where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, RaceMeUp is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party game failures, unauthorized user uploads or voluntary arrangements made outside the platform. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Material changes are dated and presented on the platform before or when they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
